Joshua Posley is a purpose-driven empowering thought leader whose purpose is to uplift, inspire and empower others to learn more, do more and be more. He carries out his purpose in many ways such as the Dream Big Think Sharp podcast, Program Facilitation of the Power Huddle, entrepreneurship and various program developments to inspire and empower. He's an Indianapolis native, Warren Central High School graduate and Ball State alumni. We discuss his upbringing including moments of racism he experienced, his successful football career, losing his title as an athlete that led him to even greater adventure and his hopes for a more just future in America.
